Today Lennar released a digital brochure showing all the homes they plan to build in Verdana Village. Several sales models are already under construction, but selling lots/homes isn’t expected to begin until this fall. Pricing has yet to be determined, but Lennar is saying it will start in the $300,000’s – though we aren’t sure if that includes the lot cost. In reality, we expect most homes to sell for $500k and up based on sales in The Place at Corkscrew across the street.

The biggest news coming out of this brochure is that there will be several more home models than originally reported – which we fully expected but we didn’t know when they would be released. We were told about these four models initially:

  • Trevi – 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 car garage
  • Sorrento – 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, 3 car garage
  • Summerville II – 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, 3 car garage
  • Wynwood – 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, 3 car garage

But what we know now is much more! First off, the “West Villages” which is phase 1 of the community will have more than just a pool and horseshoes. It will also have its own spa, fitness center, gathering room, catering kitchen, picnic pavilion, and sports field!

There will be 3 categories of lots and homes from Lennar. From smallest to largest, they are Executive, Manor, and Estate home packages.

Executive Homes from Lennar in Verdana Village

Executive homes will be 1,677 to 3,231 square feet of air-conditioned space depending on your home plan and the options selected. They include a host of features out of the gate without needing upgrades. That’s what Lennar is famous for doing. Here are the models included in the Executive Home series;

  • Capri – 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 car garage
  • Venice – 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 car garage
  • Trevi – 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 car garage (mentioned previously)
  • Marsala – 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 car garage
  • Amalfi – 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, bonus room, 2 car garage
  • Monte Carlo – 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, bonus room, 3 car tandem garage

Manor Homes from Lennar in Verdana Village

Manor homes will be 2,244 to 3,283 square feet of air-conditioned space – again, depending on the floorplan and options selected for possible expansion. Here are the models included in the Manor series:

  • Princeton II – 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, 3 car garage
  • Tivoli – 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 3 car garage
  • Summerville II – 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, den, 3 car garage (mentioned previously)
  • Sorrento – 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, loft, 3 car split garage (mentioned previously)

Estate Homes from Lennar in Verdana Village

Estate homes are built on the largest lots in the community. They have 2,361 to 3,945 square feet of air-conditioned space. They include all of the upgrades that Lennar offers, right out of the gate. Here are the models included in the Estate series of homes:

  • Oakmont II – 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, den, 3 car garage
  • Doral – 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 3 car garage
  • Sunset – 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, den, 3 car garage
  • Agostino II – 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, den, 2 car garage
  • National – 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, loft, bonus room, 3 car garage
  • Wynwood – 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, den, 3 car garage
