It’s a big day for many of the buyers looking for a Pulte home in Verdana Village off Corkscrew Road in Estero… At 10:54 this morning Pulte released their home pricing! Here is a summary of the pricing. Remember, these prices do NOT include the lot price or any upgrades. One of the biggest differences between Pulte and Lennar is that Pulte will be building their homes from scratch, personalizing them for buyers with available upgrades. Pulte homes will also be available with gas to the home, where early Lennar homes only have electric for now (gas can be added for around $3k). Later Lennar homes will have gas too.

Lot prices are being determined, but so far they are expected to release at $47,000 – $120,000 depending on the location and lot size. I have a handful of lot numbers and pricing for “Easy Offers” being released after 10/25/21 along with more details and pricing on common options.
